Hallo weereens,

dit lyk of ek weer my mojo terug het en is nou weer lus vir al my craft goed. Ek het gisteraand laat aan die LO nog gewerk. Ek het n Let's Scrap sketch gebruik en besluit om die "border" n Gitaar te maak. Ek het die Gitaar in n boekie vorm gemaak. So as jy die Gitaar oop blaai dan is daar nog kleiner foto's binne-in.

The Wedding / Die Troue

Hallo, daar.

Sjoe, ek was n rukkie besig en het nie baie tyd gehad om te blog nie. Ek is besig met my seun en toekomstige skoondogter se trouversierings.
Die troukaartjies is klaar en uitgestuur. So nou mag ek die foto's wys en met julle deel. Die troue is die 5de Augtus 2011. Ek sal meer foto's van die tafel versierings na die troue op sit.

Hier volg die foto's.

Die trou kaartjie van buite met n "tag" aan wat hulle voorletters op is. T en L vir Tirza en Leon. Ek het n leer bandjie om gedraai. Dit lyk amper soos n pospakkie.

Hierdie brief het ek al baie in n mail ook gekry. Ek het dit nog altyd treffend gevind, daar is soveel van die versies wat ek ook my eie gemaak het waarna n mens altyd terug kan gaan. Ek hoop dit beteken vir julle ook net soveel as wat dit vir my beteken. Dit is ook so wonderlik om te kan sê "Ek aanbid n almatige God" en sy seun Jesus Christus.

I have often received this Letter in the mail. It has always been striking,there are so many versions of what I made ​​my own which you can always go back to. I hope this means to you just as much as what it means to me. It is so wonderful to say "I worship God the Almighty" and his son Jesus Christ.

National Scrapbooking Day

Hello everyone,

We at Let's Scrap are celebrating National Scrapbooking Day. NSD was started in 1994 by Creative Memories and is traditionally celebrated on the first Saturday in May (May 7th, this year). Many online sites and local scrapbooking stores actually celebrate scrapbooking for the whole month of May, with contests, challenges, and other scrap-related activities.

Hello everyone,

Here are some of my Layouts that I have done with Let's Scrap sketches. I have finished our Monaco and France trip. Still have a few to make of the Monaco trip. Then I am going to start my Layout of Spain - Barcelona.

One evening my husband and I went for a walk next to the beachfront.

Making progress with my Layout's

Scrapbooking Layout's

Hello everyone,

My husband is away on a business trip for a week. I have so many photos from 2009 until now. I think I am on a roll at this moment with my scrapbooking. My scrap room looks like a tornado but I love it.

Here are some of the Layouts that I have done with Let's Scrap sketches. My husband had a Conference in Monaco in September 2009. The Lady's was also invited. While the men were busy working all our Lady's has been spoilt for 3 days. We went from Monte Carlo, Monaco, Saint Paul, Eze (layout in making), and in Nice. This was an awesome time in my life. I always dreamed of seeing the Castle and Monaco. We were not allowed to take photos in the Castle. I bought this postcard and made this layout of the Grimaldi family. I always love Princess Grace she was a beautiful Lady.

This was in Saint Paul. A small town every built with stones. Just love this little Art Town.

Still in Saint Paul in a small narrow street. This was the Gallery d'Art. Look at the gold man in the photo you could look through him. That was so freaky but also awesome to see the art.

The second day we went to Nice. This was so beautiful all along the coast. Mmmm...and that yummy seafood.

This Layout was for my Birthday last year. My son took me for lunch in Zürich. Lovely place and the food was also yummy. I am sad I lost all the photo's that I took of my son and in Zürich that day. So Lady's stay away from the delete buttons. LOL.....

Thought I’d have this morning!

Outside my window... It is sunny. The sun is shining. 

I am thinking and praying.... for all the people in Japan.

I am thankful for.... my wonderful family.

From the kitchen... I want to bake something.

I am creating... My son and daughter-in-law’s wedding cards.

I am going... to do my washing...Arghhhh. 

I am reading.... a Novel by Nora Roberts.

I am hoping... That spring is coming soon.

I am hearing.... the radio and music. 

I am around the house... thinking of everything I want to do.

One of my favorite things... To sit the whole day and just scrap. I wish...

A few plans for the rest of the week... Scrapping, house cleaning, visit my friend in the hospital. She had a terrible ski accident.

Last winter layout for now

I can smell Spring!!

Hello everyone,

I think we all had enough of this winter. Actually, I like winter times, but I really can not wait for the beautiful flowers and the birds that chirping in the mornings.

Here are some photos that I took last year at the Blumen Insel Mainau - Germany. We love to go there and see all the beautiful flowers and nature.
When I walk there and saw all the beauty, I just feel a lot closer to my Lord Jesus Christ, and I knew everything is awaiting Spring like a new beginning.

Oooh, I am soooo excited......
I always want to see the Tulips in the Netherlands. Well, we are going at the end of April for a week. Just can not wait.

I have made this layout with the Bo Bunny - Mamarazzi paper. I love this paper.

The photos are from Autumn with all the Dahlias at the Insel. Also beautiful.
