Sweet potatoes, Banana Soup

This is a detox soup, the receipt is for one person.
You can find the 3-day Detox receipts here.
It is a German website. If you need the translation of the other receipt for this 3-day Detox please let me know! I have followed the 3-day Detox plan and it was really easy and tasty!
After the Detox, the soups were so tasty that I made them for us on cold days! But I add some other veggies in also. Like German turnips, celery, potatoes, and carrots.

I have doubled the receipt for my husband and me.
I have baked the bread in my Bread machine.

Here's the Receipt:

Sweet potatoes, Banana Soup
for one person

Ingredients:

1 small onion
1 hazelnut-sized ginger
1 tsp olive oil
1 medium-sized sweet potato
1/2 banana
250ml mixed broth
1 pinch chili
1/2 tsp curry
juice of 1/2 orange
1 tablespoon chopped herbs (tarragon, parsley, cut Chives)

Instructions:
  1. Peel and finely chop onion and ginger
  2. Fry in oil and stir
  3. Add mixed broth
  4. Peel the sweet potatoes cut them into pieces and add them to the pot
  5. Add the banana and orange juice
  6. Season with salt, chili, and curry
  7. Puree
  8. Add to bowl and sprinkle herbs over it.
Tips:

For decoration, I used 5 to 7 Hazelnuts.
Grate the hazelnuts fine and roast them in a small pan without fat until they have fragrant.
Dish up your soup.
Place some of the Hazelnuts in the middle of the bowl and then sprinkle your herbs over.

Veggie Bake

For this Veggie bake, you can really use any veggies.

Cut your Veggies

Add some Olive oil and Spices

Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.

Here's what I have used:

I made a big pan because we have visitors.

Ingredients:

4 Orange Carrots
3 Yellow Carrots
1 big Onion
2 big Beetroots (one big for 2 persons)
2 big Sweet Potatoes (one big for 2 people)

Instructions:
  1. Cut all the veggies
  2. Add to a pan
  3. Add Olive oil (I just through a bit zig-zag over the veggies)
  4. Add your spices. (I used pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt) if you do not use onion/garlic salt you can use normal salt.
  5. Mix all the veggies with all oil and spices.
  6. Bake in the oven at 190 Celsius for about 45 minutes.
  7. At about 20 minutes I stir the veggies and then place some tin foil over the veggies so that they do not burn
  8. Dish up with Meat. I normally make Chicken with these veggies.
  9. Enjoy
