#222 Wedding ladies

Hello everyone,

    The new Challenge at Scrapping4funChallenges is live. 

The theme is Ladies / Girls add layers.

I created a Scrapbook layout for my Design Team creation with my daughter's wedding and the ladies. I created the layouts flat for this moment. 

I will look when the album is finished and add more flowers.

I have used different manufacturers' papers.

On this layout the background paper is - Bo Bunny - Forever fall stripe

and Mintay papers - Yes, I do

The lace and pearls are from my stash.

Before the ladies dressed up for the wedding they had some fun.

One lady even lost her slipper. 😂

The paper I used is from Pion Design and the card stock is from my stash.

We received a Theme, Technique, Add-Ons, and extra credit from Cat for our play card.

The theme for May is Vintage.

The Technique - Use a Sponge

Add-Ons - Add corrugated cardboard and Add Wings

Extra Credit - Add a Brush

Hello everyone,

I have decided to create my own Washi tape.

I have a few Washi tapes but not the colors I like to use on my page.

To create my own Washi tape I use Scotch tape.

I didn't have enough scotch tape to create the stripes.

When you create your own Washi tape, I use Scotch tape that is not shiny.

The not shiny Scotch tape. 

I have had this roll of tape for years, and when I said years I am speaking of 15 plus years.

When my children were in school we used this adhesive for their books.

 LOL 😜 

My son is 33 and my daughter is 30 this year. PHEW!!!

If you watch the video you will see that the roll of tape was a bit bent and not as fold-free as this roll in the picture. But at the end I do like the extra texture on the page, but not so much the shiny part. But lately, I use what I have in my stash.

Here is a picture of the paper banner strips that I created the washi tape with.

I used different mediums on the page! The paper is from Pion Design - Grandma's School book.

To use the pretty pictures from the paper I have cut the "Cut-Out" sheet. 

I have created the washi tape with the Borders paper. 

I used Prima Marketing acrylic paints and texture paste from Ranger for extra color and texture on the page. All the products are listed below.

 Hello everyone, 

I created this card a long time ago I can not even remember from whom the paper is. Someone saw the card that bought this card from me, and she ordered 3 of the same cards.  I told her I can not create with the same paper because I do not have this paper anymore and also the little cute tag.

I created some cards with other papers but the same style. She needed 3 of the cards. I decided to create it in a soft color and with Black/White/Grey and a bit of yellow. Here are the cards.

 Hello everyone,

here is another Art Journal page I have created for my DT Creation at Scrapping4funChallenges. The new Challenge theme is "Stitching"! 

I have so much fun creating this page! If you watch the video you will see the paper I have used I really could just use plain cardstock.  But I still love how the page is turned out!

Anniversary

My favorite seasons of the year are Spring and Autumn.

I just love the smell and colors of these seasons. 

We are going into Autumn now and the trees are having some lovely colors.

Every year I ask my FB friends/family to give me a word that begins with their names.

 I created something for them and I use the word they gave me.

My brother's name is Huntley and he left the word 'happiness' for me.

I also use the word they gave me, with a Bible verse that matches the word
